Know Your Money – Keep The Change (KYM) is a Big Lottery funded project that works with young people aged 16-24 in Middlesbrough to improve their financial confidence. Actes works in partnership with a number of local organisations with Thirteen Housing group as the lead partner.
The KYM team work using a 1-1 approach, helping young people with their debts, benefits, budgeting and equipping them with the knowledge to make the best financial choices. We also offer accredited training programmes focused on tenancy management and employability.
In addition to this KYM members can access our Advantage Club and get free access to:

Social events – live music, entertainment, fashions shows, DJ workshops etc

Support with health issues and free fitness and cooking sessions
- A whole range of incentives and opportunities
All of our services are completely free to young people.
