Donna is one of the charity’s longest serving staff members, taking up the role of Neighbourhood Trust Support Officer in June 2003, having completed an apprenticeship with the local authority. Donna has held a number of positions over the years and in 2011 was seconded to the position of Centre Manager to implement the set up, launch and continuous running of the charity’s flagship Acklam Green Centre and the position was eventually made permanent.

In November 2014, Donna was promoted to Facilities Manager, taking on overall management of the Acklam Green Centre, the Resource Centre and the charity’s housing portfolio. Her role involves the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of all assets, as well as their upkeep and daily running, with a keen eye for customer service excellence.

Donna has gained various qualifications including Information, Advice & Guidance Level 4, Business Administration Level 3, Managing Diversity Level 3, Diploma in Word Processing and is currently studying Level 5 in Management and Leadership.

In her own time, Donna has a keen interest in the beauty and nutrition industry and is a fully qualified Makeup Artist. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
